An Ozarks company that makes t-shirts is also giving back to the community.

Bigfish Screenprinting is working to help an infant and his family through a heart transplant.

People across the globe are praying for Caleb Miller.wholesale High quality and cheap Fred Perry(men) for sale from www.googbusiness.com homepage. The four-month-old born with a congenital heart defect underwent a heart transplant two weeks ago. He remains at Children's Hospital in St. Louis.

"I've followed them ever since they found out he was a boy and then going from the high of knowing he's a boy to have all these heart issues he's going to have," says Emily Roos, a dear friend of the Millers. "They didn't know if he'd make it to birth, and they didn't know if they'd make it through this surgery, so he has a long road to go still ahead of him."

Emily works for Bigfish Screenprinting in Springfield. She and the company found a way to help the family through this emotional and financially challenging time. Bigfish is selling t-shirts for $10 online with the proceeds going to Caleb's family.

"We've already had people from different countries asking, 'hey, can I buy a shirt?' We can totally ship it to them."

Caleb has tens of thousands of followers on Facebook, so many people wanting to help, and maybe something as simple as a t-shirt can do just that. It reads "for this child I have prayed."

The company has a history of supporting the community in time of need -- people far and near.

Bigfish sold more than 30,000 t-shirts after the Joplin tornado. Today the focus is on Caleb's recovery.

Its customer relationship marketing director Emanuel Cristaudo told The Times yesterday that while there had been "no outcry",Buy Paul's Boutique Grade A Handbags for sale, Custom Fit Stripe Shirt and more. some customers had voiced objections.

By Tuesday afternoon the T-shirt range had been pulled off the racks, but Truworths stated that the T-shirt was "far less provocative than many others freely available to the public".

Cristaudo admitted: "Though this T-shirt is meant to be tongue-in-cheek it has gone further than we feel it should have."

Two years ago, outfitter Markham had to pull T-shirts bearing the statement"I (recycle) girls".

That same year, the Foschini Group, which owns Markham, came under fire from feminists, HIV activists and Christian groups for a number of T-shirts. One broke down the word "single" into "S: stay, I: intoxicated, N: nightly, G: get, L: laid, E: every day".

Feminist and research associate at the University of the Free State's Institute for Reconciliation and Social Justice Christi van der Westhuizen believes certain T-shirts feed stereotypes and promote sexism.

"This kind of messaging is part of a backlash against women's empowerment, which is happening globally," she said.

Such messages also try to push women into thinking that they should always be available for sex on male terms, she added.

oe Fitzpatrick loves Raleigh. And like so many others in this area, he wanted to show that city pride with a T-shirt representing his town.welcome to Wholesale Cheap Armani T-Shirts online store,Free shipping‎! While Fitzpatrick found plenty of options, there wasn’t one shirt that felt exactly right for him. So he made his own.

“I originally created the Raleigh tree ‘Raltree’ design because I wanted an original design not found in the Raleigh area,” he says.

“So many people loved the shirt and kept asking where I got it,Our store can offer Best Furla Grade A Handbags online store, welcome choose! so I decided to see if it would sell,” he says. “(The Raltree shirt) actually became one of my top designs.”

Along with the tree (a nod to Raleigh’s Oak City nickname), Fitzpatrick created several other designs featuring iconic Raleigh emblems, including the skyline and an acorn. The Raleigh shirts have become so popular that he’s creating new designs for other areas.

“I’m starting to expand my designs by encompassing other cities and have a few Durham designs using the water tower, brickyard and bull,” he says. “I even have a couple of designs for cities as far west as St. Louis.”

After just a year, business is booming. Fitzpatrick’s not surprised, though, since he knows many people want to rep their city just as he did. Buy Burberry Wtshirt-6 store, Custom Fit Stripe Shirt and more.
